Coaching will serve to advantageously extend your professional, executive, and social competencies, help to find your own position, and realign yourself. You will enhance your abilities to solve problems and conflicts, improve your employee's teamwork, and create space for regeneration.
This is particularly supportive in the presence of work-related change processes, professional advancements, or difficulties arising in your day-to-day executive life. The coaches will define topics according to their own needs, draft objectives, and determine the intensity of the mutual process.

Team coaching means supporting a group of people who – directly or indirectly – work with each other.
It serves to gain more understanding of oneself and others, and to define tasks and targets. As tensions may appear both, in an open as well as in a concealed manner, it serves to determine and address potential conflicts at an early stage.
Participants are trained in direct and transparent communication as well as in deliberate shaping of change processes. The advantage is that all concerned parties mutually address issues, agree upon solutions, and can implement them without any transfer loss.

Trainings are often the starting point for further discussions, new insights, and mutual realization. It is applied when there is a useful relation to development projects.
